Day 1
Welcome on arrival at the airport. Transfer to the hotel in Colombo. In the afternoon
Colombo city tour. Dinner and overnight stay in Colombo.
Day 2
After breakfast transfer to Anuradhapura. Late afternoon visit to Mihintale. Dinner and overnight stay in Anuradhapura.
Day 3
After breakfast visit the highlights of the Anuradhapura ancient city. Dinner and overnight stay in Anuradhapura.
Day 4
After breakfast transfer to Sigiriya. Check in to the hotel in Sigiriya. Afternoon visit the Polonnaruwa Ancient city. Dinner and overnight stay in Sigiriya.
Day 5
After breakfast climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Sigiriya.
Day 6
After breakfast transfer to Kandy. En route visit the Dambulla Cave Temple. Thereafter proceed to Kandy. En route visit the Aluvihara Temple and spice garden in Matale. Check in to the hotel in Kandy. Visit the evening ceremony at the Temple of Tooth Relic. Late dinner and overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 7
After breakfast Kandy city tour and visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens of
Peradeniya. Visit in the evening the cultural dance show. Late dinner and overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 8
After breakfast transfer to Nuwara Eliya. En route visit to a tea factory and plantation. Check in to the hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Afternoon visit the Nuwara Eliya city. Dinner and overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 9
Early morning visit to the Horton Plains and Worlds End. Afternoon visit the Haggala Garden en Rawana Hindu Temple. Dinner and overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 10
After breakfast transfer to Ella by train. En route enjoy the scenic beauty of the up country. Check in to hotel in Ella. Dinner and overnight stay in Ella.
Day 11
After breakfast transfer to Yala. Check in to the hotel in Yala. Afternoon jeepsafari in Yala National Park.
Dinner and overnight stay in Yala.
Day 12
After breakfast transfer to Galle. En route visit Tissamaharama, Hambantota,
Tangalle, Matara, the stilt fishermen at Weligama and the Galle Fort and museum. Dinner and overnight stay in Galle.
Day 13
After breakfast transfer to selected beach hotel. En route visit moonstone mine and turtle hatchery. Dinner and overnight stay in in the selected beach stay hotel.
Day 14
After breakfast at leisure in selected beach hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in in the selected beach stay hotel. Optional excursions can be arranged on request, like boat rides, village tours, etc.
Day 15
After breakfast at leisure in selected beach hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in in the selected beach stay hotel.
Day 16
After breakfast transfer to airport for departure flight or extended beach stay in selected beach stay hotel.
